Both the girl and Qin Chen's reactions were appropriate because they both though the other was an illusion.
But when they realized that it was just a misunderstanding, she said that Qin Chen tarnished her innocence by "taking off his clothes" in front of her which was complete fabrication as it was her own attack that tattered Qin Chen's clothing.
Why would she feel the need to call him a jerk and insist on killing him while he's repeatedly apologizing for the misunderstanding?
At that point it seemed she was being a bit unreasonable here, hence the usage of the old meme "women ☕" felt very appropriate in that context.
